Yes. A family membership covers your spouse and your unmarried children under 26, whether they're biological, adopted, or in your legal guardianship. Disabled dependents may qualify for exceptions. Newborns can be added within 30 days of birth with no application fee. Angela can walk through who in your household is eligible.

Yes, with a waiting period. The mother needs to have an active membership for at least 10 months before the estimated due date. Once eligible, maternity is shared up to $150,000 per pregnancy, covering prenatal care, delivery, postpartum, and complications. Delivery can be with an MD, DO, nurse practitioner, PA, or licensed midwife.

No. This is a healthcare community where members voluntarily contribute to help cover each other's medical expenses. It is not insurance and is not regulated as insurance. Members contribute a monthly amount, and when someone has an eligible medical need, the community helps cover the cost. More than $275 million has been shared among 22,500+ members since 2020.
